A little about me...

I’ve been mentoring doctors for the last five years. I’ve worked with Doctors and health professionals individually, and in group programs I’ve conducted.

I’ve interviewed some of the most inspiring and successful Chiropractors and health professionals (and damn interesting people too) on my podcast Rockstar Doctor Life. When I say successful I’m not just talking dollars in their bank account success, I’m also talking about those measuring their success by their impact and level of personal happiness)

I’m actively IN clinical practice working with people daily. I know what works and what doesn’t.

For 3 years I worked as a coach for one of the best, brightest and biggest teachers in a program for Health Care Professionals who want to expand their practice virtually. I’ve helped these clients discover their passion, build their business, and use modern marketing strategies to engage clients.

I have a branding and design company and have helped my clients transform the way they present themselves and share their ideas publicly. 

I’ve done all this while raising my two sons, and having plenty of time for all my important relationships, my health, drinking good coffee and exceptional wine, and hitting the beach or trails every season and almost every day.

I’m no superstar. Although I have been called a rockstar a few times 😉

What I seem to be good at is helping others find clarity on what they want because I learned this through many hard life lessons and having to rebuild my life more than once. I’m also good at messaging, marketing and helping my clients find their voice and share it, because when I found mine everything shifted exponentially.
